Each of your questions motivate me. I've been fortunate to have experiences teaching in Ohio, Oklahoma, and Washington, and seeing differences and disparities among schools, districts, states... with materials, pay, equity, and more--simply said, there need to be changes, advocacy, and support for our schools.
