I am a PBL beginner and teach Algebra, Algebra 2, PreCalc and Calc. I am really hoping to keep kids engaged because I must teach only online this year! Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
May I respectfully suggest the following. First, take gentle care and remember to breathe. Second, create a calendar or unit at-a -glance, like a Canvas course, with syllabus and links. Do you want your entire curriculum to be PBL or can you post-hole a PBL within each unit? Some PBL investigations can take weeks; others could be a three day challenge; some may be Three Act Tasks (#1 & 2) and some may be web quests like #5 in this list. Try exploring these sites:
